Leadline and Ability classes will start at 11:00(or close to that time)

Do Not bring dogs to the show grounds ( Utah County Rules)

Register by mailing completed form and fees to Shauna Hatch 85 S 300 W, Lindon 84042, 801-785-4971  or email to Shaunahatch@hotmail.com and pay at the show. We will not issue a refund for missed classes

Registration due by Oct. 13th, after that date please add $1.00/class, you may pre-enter by mail, or email. Payment is due at beginning of the show.

Please remember that a separate number must be used for each horse/rider combination.
If you are riding more than one horse or a horse is used by more than one rider, there must be a separate number for each combination.

Waiver

By signing this waiver form, I recognize that equestrian shows and events are dangerous and agree to release and hold harmless Fluffy Fuzz Schooling shows, Utah County Equestrian park, show management, and any persons or entity, volunteers, employees and officers in any way connected with the show from loss, damage, injury or death of the participant or their horse or property damage resulting from participation in these events.
The undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Utah County, Utah County Equestrian Park, Fluffy Fuzz Schooling Shows, their respective officers, agents, officials and employees and volunteers harmless and release them from any liability, costs or expenses arising from any action, causes of action, claims for relief, demands, damages, expenses, costs, fees or compensation, whether or not said actions, cause of action, claims for relief, demands, damages, costs, fees expenses and/or compensations are known or unknown, are in law or equity, and without limitation.
Parent or legal guardian must sign for youth under age 18.
